Re: [tigerstripe-dev] installed plug-in not getting registered

Title: Re: [tigerstripe-dev] installed plug-in not getting registered
Hi Jim,

How do you “deploy it in the install”? Since Ganymede, I think Eclipse has gotten a lot “smarter” (or thinks it is)... In that if you simply unzip the new version, you will still need to go in and “Upgrade” based on local installed version. I think this is because of the fact that it now keeps track of “Configurations”...

I never investigated the details of all that but maybe it’ll help?
Eric

Anyone seen this?

I am rebuilding the headless plug-in and then deploying it to the eclipse installation that I am using for testing (deployed to the eclipse/plugins/.. directory). But, eclipse will not pick up the new version. Still points at the original. I have had it pick up the new version once or twice (usually after a reboot, but this is not consistent so I doubt it is what triggers the discovery.)

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Jim
