[thym-dev] Discuss 0.1 release

I think Thym has enough content and stability to make a 0.1 release. Per 
our release process,[1] I would like to create the release candidate on 
Monday and hopefully promote that next week. Hopefully starting with 
this release we can start a regular release cycle of roughly a month. 
Following the release 0.1, I will also add Thym  to Eclipse marketplace.
