Dear ThreadX Community,

We are currently evaluating ThreadX and USBX for an upcoming project and are particularly interested in the CDC-NCM (Communications Device Class - Network Control Model) profile.

>From our understanding, CDC-NCM is now natively supported by major desktop operating systems such as macOS, Linux, and Windows, and may be the preferred option for USB-based networking in the future.

We came across USBX GitHub issue #93, which mentions CDC-NCM support as a potential enhancement.

Could you please share if there are any updates or plans regarding this feature in USBX?

Is CDC-NCM support currently being considered or scheduled for a future release?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
