[threadx] Eclipse ThreadX: New project lead and next steps

Hi everyone.

Happy New Year to you and your loved ones! I wish you health and success for 2025 and, naturally, lots of great projects powered by ThreadX.

I want to take this opportunity to share an announcement with you. In November of last year, I took over the Eclipse ThreadX project lead position. As you know, we can count on several experienced ThreadX developers in the core committer team. However, most of them lack experience with open source projects. This is where I come in. Throughout the year, I will assist the team in defining and implementing robust processes to operate as an open, transparent, and meritocratic open source project. 

Since taking over, I have focused on defining and sharing a public roadmap for the project. In parallel, I have been busy converting our existing Markdown documentation to AsciiDoc. This will soon allow us to publish it in HTML format on threadx.io.
