[texlipse-dev] TeXlipse 2.0.0 release

Hi team,

As you might have noticed I have put us up to do a release of TeXlipse in October as part of the Eclipse Science Release. I believe most of what we _have_ to do is in place now. But it would be great if you had a look at my work and point out what I might have missed. 

I see there is quite a bit of work left to move from deprecated API and such, but I think that is for the next release. My plan is to do this one with only required changes, and maybe a few smaller improvements.

I’ve been given control of the TeXlipse entry at the Eclipse Marketplace. So that we can continue to use that. The download numbers are encouraging.
