Hi Carmen,

I have updated the Eclipse Foundation Board during the meeting last week that the transition date is now July 1st.  Furthermore, there may be people on the list who are not transitioning to IBM.  So please do not preemptively take any action on May 1st and let me know if Eclipse Foundation needs a more formal awareness of the date and the people involved.

Based on the official communication, the Red Hat team will move to IBM starting May 01st. Therefore, we must remove those team members from this project since IBM does not have the 3-way agreement signed.
