Re: [technology-pmc] Committer Election for Silvério Santos on Eclipse Plato has started

Hiho Good people,
My apologies for the noise, the message fired too early.
I'd like to update the missing part here:
Silvério is a regular contributor to the OSPO Alliance, and more specifically to the Alliance website and translations.
He submitted a handful of issues, contributed to the ones opened, and regularly helped resolve issues in pair reviews.
He also made some large (and meaningful) contributions:

Becoming a committer will help him do some (much needed) maintenance work and propose new ideas for the content and website.
Also, as a long-time open source contributor, he knows the rules of engagement and the Eclipse way specifically.
It's my pleasure to nominate Silvério Santos as a committer on the Eclipse Plato project.
