I've looked at both projects. AFAICT, both projects operate as great examples of the Eclipse Foundation Development Process's open collaboration model, engage in the IP Due Diligence Process, and maintain robust security practices. That is, both projects are clearly mature by my observation and should be designated as such.

How about we combine this with a progress review?
