[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Carlotta Koroll on Eclipse Qrisp has started 
A Committer election for Carlotta Koroll on project Eclipse Qrisp
(technology.qrisp) was started by Raphael Seidel with this criteria:

Carlotta worked on Qrisp for several years now. She implemented the following
algorithms:

* Local Counterdiabatic Driving (LCD)
* Counterdiabatic Optimized Local Driving (COLD)
* COLD-CRAB (COLD with additional optimal control method CRAB)

Other contributions of her did not enter the Qrisp Repo, however they
contributed indirectly through completing project work that financed Qrisp.
