[technology-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Florian

Voting will close on 2025-12-05 for the Committer election of Florian Kroiß
on project Eclipse LSP4E (technology.lsp4e).

Criteria:

I am happy to nominate Florian Kroiß as a commiter on Eclipse LSP4E.

He has worked on upgrading test to use JUnit 5 and also done several cleanups
in the testing area. He has also contributed several bugfixes to the debug
plug-in as well as other minor improvements.
