[technology-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Wytse Oo

Voting will close on 2025-11-05 for the Committer election of Wytse Oortwijn
on project Eclipse ESCET (Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit)
(technology.escet).

Criteria:

Wytse Oortwijn has been contributing to the Eclipse ESCET (Eclipse
Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit) project for some time now, and is
getting increasingly involved.

I know Wytse as someone who is pleasant to work with, constructive in
feedback and discussions, and who produces high quality. He also has strong
expertise on formal methods, decision diagrams, reachability algorithms,
supervisory controller synthesis, etc, which are key topics in our project.

In my opinion, Wytse satisfies the nomination criteria as outlined in the
development documentation for the Eclipse ESCET project, at

For these reasons and the positive long-term outlook for Wytse's involvement
in the project, it is my pleasure to nominate Wytse Oortwijn as a committer
on the Eclipse Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit (Eclipse ESCET)
project.
