[technology-pmc] Creation Review Request for MDM@WEB (mdmweb)

Hi technology-pmc,
the MDM@WEB project is ready for creation review and we hereby request PMC approval for the review.
The proposal can be found at https://projects.eclipse.org/proposals/mdmweb
Note that the supporting community is currently organized using private mailing lists and therefore not publicly visible. However, the project is backed by the newly founded IWG Open Measured Data Management and coordination will be handled using the project mailing list in the future.
