I decided to remove Tigerstripe from the list of candidates based on recent activity in the project dev list. I took the opportunity to update the project metadata and sent a note to the project's lead to ask about their next release. Unfortunately, the email bounced which means that the project lead may have moved on.

I'll see if I can sort out what's going on with the project lead. In the meantime, can somebody step up to investigate the state of the project?
