[technology-pmc] Request exception for releasing org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver.feature_0.15.0.201207090125-signed-20130606110615.jar missing epl-v10.html 
Dear PMC members

In good faith, I thought I fixed all missing required eclipse files in the mavenarchiver (3rd party) feature jar (https://github.com/fbricon/m2eclipse-extras/commits/modifications-for-eclipse) but I somehow managed to miss epl-v10.html (http://build.eclipse.org/simrel/kepler/reporeports/reports/layoutCheck.txt)

The offending jar contains a license.html file though (https://github.com/fbricon/m2eclipse-extras/blob/modifications-for-eclipse/org.sonatype.m2e.mavenarchiver.feature/license.html) 

m2e-wtp and the mavenarchiver feature are in the Kepler RC4 repository already. So either we're allowed to release as is, or the Kepler staging repo will have to be respun to include a compliant feature.
I opened a exception request at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=410670
I'll push a fix ASAP no matter what, that would be picked by the next aggregation build.
