I should have checked this before hitting send :-(
We're in better shape than I thought.
ACTF has a plan [1].
I did ask Remus about migration in October [2]. No response yet.
Tigerstripe did complete the migration [3]. I'll get them to correct
their project metadata to point to the new repository.

All things considered, I think the Technology projects are doing a
fine job of migrating.
Considering the relatively large number of projects we have, there
are surprisingly few who are still using CVS [1].
ACTF has recently migrated their website, so I am hopeful that a
request to migrate the source repository will come soon. I will
follow up with the project.
Eclipse Process Framework (EPF) has initiated a request with the
webmaster [2].
Phoenix is on our termination hit list. I don't see it dropping
from the list.
Remus is on our termination candidates list. I've been in contact
with the PL on other matters recently. I'll ping him to see what
the status is.
Tigerstripe is an unknown to me. Does anybody have any insight
into the project's plans? Can somebody contact the project on
behalf o the PMC?
I'm a little fuzzy about Voice Tools. I've been trying to contact
them for months. Last week, I sent them a note from another
(non-eclipse.org) email account and finally got through to them.
It turns out that they've been blocking eclipse.org email as spam.
That's been fixed, but it's troubling that they didn't notice. The
PL's response indicates that they're thinking of taking the
project out of Eclipse which means that they may stay on the
termination list for different reasons. I'll continue my
discussion with them.
Thanks,
Wayne
