Re: [technology-pmc] Subversive release review for Indigo

What about the following:
- The subversive repository hosted at eclipse reference an external repository that is also enabled. The referenced repository contains the GPL libraries in a p2 repo.
- The subversive repository hosted at eclipse contains one IU (maybe the subversive feature) has an optional dependency on the GPL library.

This way when the user installs the subversive feature the GPL library is automatically pulled down by virtue of the dependency, but eclipse has never hosted anything that is GPL.

Hi Igor. How do you define "required" in "Board allows GPL code to be required" on slide 15? Is this different from the Workswith dependency the project already has on SVNKit?

FWIW, the "Board allows GPL code to be distributed from" option is a non-starter.

Dear Technology PMC members,

We've prepared docuware for Indigo Simultaneous release. Please review it and let us know if it can be submitted to EMO.
