[technology-pmc] Microsoft Plubic licenses

In the project technology.esl (known as eclipse4sl), some files used as
template for project creation are generated by Silverlight SDK tools. The
generated files are used to configure the project.

To keep the compatibility of Visual Studio and Blend, we have to reuse the
configuration files and transform them as template files.

I have following questions:
  - what the license should be used for generated files via Wizard?
    The generated files haven't any license. Can we put EPL?
  - Is MS-PL (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/ms-pl.html) source
compatible
with EPL?
  - We have used some icons of Microsoft products such as Visual
Studio/Blend, what are the conditions to embed these icons in eclipse
project?
