We are actually using 1.5.2 right now but I files 1.5.3 because it's a bug-fix
release. However, if it makes things easier for you then I'm happy to use 1.5.2
because we don't depend on any of the fixes in 1.5.3.

Thanks for the insights and great analysis. We do use i18n right now and this
is one of the interesting features we want to continue to use in our GWT based
Web UI. I can remove the dependency on i18n for the short term but we would
require a deeper analysis for long-term.
So here is my suggestion. We leave that CQ open for the deeper analysis. I'll
open a new PB CQ to re-use 1.5.2 from CQ2615 in our project.
Although we could also use 1.5.3 for parallel IP I would not opt for that
option because it requires more work in case you discover that there is an
issue with the i18n module.
