There's a document started on the wiki. It's obviously just a few random 
notes with some pointers at this point. I'll spend a few minutes 
cleaning it up and adding a little more info.

The short answer is that you can get access to the build.eclipse.org 
server by asking webmaster for it. You'll also have to ask for access to 
use the JAR signer when you're ready for that (I'll try and explain this 
a little in the wiki page). Basically, you set up your directory with 
the files you need for build and then create a crontab entry to kick 
things off when you want 'em to run.
