[technology-pmc] [Fwd: IP CQs waiting on your team]

Dear Technology PMC
The following notifications is sent to me every few days. I believe it
comes from CQ request submitted by technology.apogee project, and this
CQ been waiting committer's response for over a month now.
I wonder what is the policy in regards to CQ's that are not being
answered by submitters and how long are they supposed to stay before
turning CQ down?
