Hi Jordi.

I haven't looked at the contribution in any detail, but I get the sense
that it should have been taken through the IP due diligence process
prior to having been added to CVS. Further, as this is a new component,
the EMO should have been notified of the new component, and an NPPR
should have been completed to handle the provisioning. I'm pretty sure
that none of this has been done.

Can you please either verify that I'm correct, or explain why I'm wrong?
