Unfortunately, the official records show four committers on the BPEL project: yourself, Kevin, Michal, Rodrigo, and Wylie. Kevin has not voted and thus you need to do one of the following three things:

1. Wait for the one week time limit to expire, or
2. Explain to us why Kevin cannot vote (perhaps he's joined NASA and his on his way to Mars), or
3. Explain to us why Kevin is no longer a committer on the project (perhaps he left IBM and joined a startup building some pointless RFID technology).
