Thanks Toni,
I’ll see if I can update the material to clarify the required Python version.
Wayne Beaton of the Eclipse Foundation apparently changed the Review URL, the correct one is:
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.cdt.tcf/releases/1.1.0
See also our Release Review Tracking Bug,
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=409191
Thanks,
Martin

Subject: Re: [tcf-dev] TCF 1.1 Release Review Material
Regarding the Python client:
The minimum required Python version is 2.6, but due to backward incompatibilities (of the Python language), it does not work with 3.x.
BTW, I cannot open the link to the review material, I get
The requested page "/projects/release/1.1.0-31" could not be found.
Thanks,
Toni
Thanks Eugene.
I was not 100% sure whether the SSL certs are indeed X.509, and whether our API’s are in fact 100% compatible. I had seen a note on the bug regarding the signals > 32 … but was unsure
whether protocol API was affected or only agent-side plugins. I was also unsure about test status on MacOS X and FreeBSD, as well as the minimum version of Python / Lua on which our language bindings are supported.
I’ve kept most statements generic so it should be good, but additional info would be helpful if anyone has it.
Thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin,
I think it looks very good. Thanks for putting it together!
Eugene
TCF committers,
Please review the TCF 1.1 release review material that I prepared:
http://projects.eclipse.org/projects/release/1.1.0-31
I’ll need your comments in the next couple hours such that I can ask the Tools PMC for approval.
Thanks,
Martin
