Hi,

I tried my hand in creating a BarChart template using Inkcape,

let me know what you think?,

I have added  two data series to see whether they are working or not 

when exporting,they can be set as empty when stored in org.eclipse.swtchart.export.templates bundle 

and can be filled by  data series exported by user at the time of export.
