I also though we could have a short “Release checklist” - a list of
tasks/tests that should be done after end of each Sprint, e.g.:
- Check that CruiseControl build is fine, as
well as system tests were ok.
- Make a tag
- Checkout tag into empty directory
- Build with latest Eclipse platform
- Installation test
- .... Manual tests that needed to be
executed....
