Re: [sumo-user] NetEdit Unexpected Shutdown

Good evening:

- what is the exact version you are using (shown in the titlebar when opening netedit): 1.27.1
- what operating system are you using: Windows 11
- is the crash reproducible when following the same sequence of actions? Yes. It is important to note that when opening NetEdit, the rest of the computer becomes extremely slow.
- if so, what is a minimal sequence? File > Open Network
- if you did not experience crashing under such circumstances before, what changes were made to your environment in between (i.e. upgrading something or other)? This is a long-standing issue. Previously, I used to open NetEdit via SUMO and was able to work around the error. However, now it crashes when I try to do things like save "additionals" or attempt to open a decal.

Good evening!

NetEdit crashes unexpectedly when I try to open a file.
It crashed when I tried to add a decal and clicked to browse for the file.
I added some detectors, and it crashed when I tried to save the additional elements.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled SUMO, but the error persists.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue on my computer?

Sds,

Pedro Oliveira
