[sumo-user] Lane permission in sumo

Hello

I want to ask about lane permission in sumo. My network is toll plaza scenarios and vehicles travel their specified lane to toll booth and not do any lane changing. there are two vehicle classes and the lane will let allow both of vehicles classes to enter. After stopped lane changing, the red vehicle type cannot enter to next lane and stop at the end of upstream lane. It showed "Warning: Teleporting vehicle 'veh_15_E7_2.8'; waited too long (wrong lane), lane='E7_0', time=54641.00.

Warning: Vehicle 'veh_15_E7_2.8' ends teleporting on edge 'E8', time=54641.00.". If i did not stop lane changing, they choose only left most lane. I want that the vehicles which enter the upstream lane will go only next edge with the same lane index. how can i do?
