Good afternoon!

NetEdit closes before opening any network files. I click on NetEdit to open it, go to File, and then Open Network to search for a network file. It's exactly at that moment, before the dialog box opens to search for the file, that it closes.

If it helps, I can record a video.

Netedit closing on its own is very probably a crash needing to be investigated. Is the network very big in terms of file size? In any case you would have to provide a sample network for further investigation.
