[sumo-user] Regarding installing sumo in ubuntu

Dear community,

I am new to Ubuntu and tried installing SUMO using "sudo apt install sumo".

However, when I check "sumo --version", it shows 1.12.0. How can I get the latest version with cloning from the repository?
