Yes, only charging stations within an estimated travel time given by the "device.stationfinder.radius" parameter are considered. You can add another restrictions through the "device.stationfinder.maxEuclideanDistance" parameter: Then charging station candidates have to be within a circle of the provided value (in meters) around the vehicle's current position.

I have a question regarding the station finder.
If the station finder is active, for example, when the electric vehicle's charge drops below 30% and the vehicle starts searching for a charging station, does it search for a charging station based on the search radius we have set?
