I think we don't have a good option for that, but if you are desperate you may try this (untested!):

use the SUMO variant with all extras (we need the vector screenshot option)
take a screenshot of your network (or a part of it) and save it to a vector file format (svg, pdf, ...)
- on Windows the vector screenshots have some quirks unfortunately (mirrored faces etc.)
find a way to separate the markings from the rest (no idea if there really is a way to do this efficiently)

Is there any way to export the road marking (centerlines, arrows, zebracrossing) that are displayed in the editor as 3D data (shapefile, fbx...)?
