Hello,

I have a network, and for each road, I have the data on load and capacity. I want to use the initial load data to start a simulation in SUMO and optimize some parameters so that the load distribution after the simulation time is as close as possible to real data. So, what is the best practice for loading "load data" and optimizing SUMO?
