Hello,
all vehicles entering before the specified begin time are skipped. If you want to begin the simulation with traffic, you might use the state saving/loading feature.

Hello,
I'm trying to create a scenario using the randomTrips tool. I want to simulate a scenario such that the network is not empty at the beginning; I want some traffic to be already there when I begin the simulation (non-empty network).
what I did is:
- used randomTrips to generate some traffic (route files) for a warm up period (time from 0 to 3600), then the actual simulation should start from 3600
-in sumocfg file, I set the begin time to 3600 rather than 0
However the simulation starts with an empty network. Any help with that?
