Does the teleporting occur every time (at the same time) when you run without gui?

Can you check whether the version info (in the header of any xml file written by the simulation) gives the same version number when running with libsumo and traci? (possibly you are running two different versions)

Hi, I'm doing a project with SUMO and Libsumo. I noticed that teleporting occured at step N and I wanted to see what exactly happened at that step. So I switched to Traci with Sumo-gui and used the same demand input. However, at step N, I didn't see any teleporting (or any traffic jam). I'm wondering if there is any explanation for this?   

PS, the traci commands I applied were adding demand, retrieving  speed/location/vehicle_id list/vehicle route_id,  and setting speed.
