The attribute 'scale' can be set in the <vType>  to distinguish your public transport from other traffic:

Option max-depart-delay can only be set globally though.

Using the opportunity to ask a broader question

Is there a way to handle buses and traffic differently?

I know that for teleportation, I can set them individually, but let's say for 'max-depart-delay',

I would like that this would only apply to regular traffic.

I don't think there is a way, but just double-checking.

When loading the simulation, for some reason, 61C is discarded.

If I duplicate the 61C entry, the first one gets discarded, and the second gets loaded.
