[sumo-user] plot_net_dump.py - user defined attribute to plot

Hi all,
just to know whether is possible to use the plot_net_dump.py to plot other parameters over the ones generated by the output, e.g. volume over capacity ratio fro edges, which has to be defined outside SUMO (at least for the capacity values).
