Hello.

I'm able to execute the sumo-gui from libsumo using python.

However, for Java and C++, I've been unable to do so.  The information at this link:

https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Libsumo.html

appears to be outdated.

How can one execute the sumo-gui from Java and C++ using libsumo?
