By default, inductionloops have zero length and only a car at a time can occupy it.
If you set the length attribute, then multiple cars may occupy the inductionloop and the occupancies above 100% reflect this.
Occupancy above 100% may also happen with zeo-length loops in sublane simulation with multiple vehicles driving in parallel on the same lane.
The documentation now reflects this.

... and another questions about the values that induction loops provide. There is occupancy which should be the percentage of the time a car is on the loop (so 0 to 100 %) nevertheless I am getting values above 100 (this time via traci and in the output xml-file). Generally speaking the longer the loop the more off are the values so for short loops it can happen to get 200% and for long ones 700 %.

Can anybody help me with this and clarify it?
