If you delete any lanes there is no way to prevent the other ids from changing.

Please, I need help with flowrouter. when I'm trying to use flowrouter with a network containing pedestrians' lanes. It creates vehicle routes in the pedestrian lanes. is there any solution to that problem?

The second question is when I deleted the pedestrian lanes the id for other lanes changed is there any way to fix the lanes id and prevent it from changing during deleting another lane on the same edge.
