search in the SUMO documentation for duaiterate and you will find this https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Tools/Assign.html#duaiteratepy and you can find out that duaIterate.py has the --additional option

I'm using duaiterate to run dynamic simulations. Is it possible to use vss additional file in duaiterate?

You can use the additional file in the sumo run based on the results of
od2trips!
