[sumo-user] OsmWebWizard.py - Socket Connection Failed

I open osmWebWizard.py on Ubuntu ARM64 20.04 via command line with:

$ python3 osmWebWizard.py

Then Firefox pops up as always, but I received the attached error. By the way, when I close the error window everything works as expected.
