Actually I wonder if  it is possible to specify an arrival rate for each type of vehicle

when generating via randomTrips.py  flows with different types of vehicles (e.g emergency, bus,...).

To me this seems to answer the question "Is it possible to define such an arrival rate with randomTrips.py" unambiguously.
