Chek this two ways:
1 – Open TraCi using admin rights.
2 – Open TraCi with a admin user
Check if one of both works.

Oggetto: Re: [sumo-user] Cannot connect to localhost
I think that it can be the solution. Windows 10 without admin rights is very restrictive, and this affect also to localhost (due firewall)
Not really, I should start a procedure, is it the only way?
Can you try it with admin rights?
I am using Windows 10 but I have no admin rights.
Kind regards
Stefano
Hi,
What version of Windows are you using? Do you have Admin privileges?
Regards
Hello,
I am using the last version of the SUMO package. I have to run a SUMO simulation on TraCI but I get this error:
Could not connect to TraCI server at localhost:59664 [Errno 10061]
I checked on the internet but I could not find the solution. I am using Windows. Do you know what is going wrong?
