[sumo-dev] Visual Studio 2019 Build Error

Hello,

Currently trying to build sumo using Visual Studio 2019. I am able to get sumo to work properly, however there are issues with using the sumo-gui. Specifically the following two errors occur when trying to run a simulation on sumo-gui:

 

The procedure procedure entry point sqlite3_column_origin_name could not be located in the dynamic link library

C:\SUMOLibraries\proj_gdal-1911_64\bin\gdal202.dll

 

The procedure entry point locale_charset could not be located in the dynamic link library

C:\SUMOLibraries\proj_gdal-1911_64\bin\spatialite.dll

 

I have made sure my PATH variables are correct so I have no idea why this problem is happening. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
