[sumo-dev] Netconvert changes

Dear users and developers,

to improve the realism of the simulation when used with out-of-the-box settings we are going to change the default values of various options and parameters for our upcoming 1.0 release (see https://github.com/eclipse/sumo/issues/4235).

In the development version we started with changing the default size and detail of intersections. Since this has wide-reaching effects, it may lead to unexpected changes when rebuilding simulation networks.

If you are using the latest development version and require legacy behavior, you may just set the old parameter values:

--default.junctions.size 5

--junctions.corner-detail 0

If you notice undesirable netconvert behavior, please let us know.
