[sumo-dev] bug (?) when joining junctions in latest dev version

Hello,

In the latest development version of SUMO (nightly build as downloaded 
from the site), when joining junctions, for any of those that has 
another junction at the other end of its related edge, the connections 
for that other junction will be reset upon joining. This means if those 
connection were manually edited, that work will be lost.

Maybe it's worthwhile modifying this behaviour?
