Just in case you were using an older version of Xerces-C for developingon the Windows platform, please note that there is now an updateavailable at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sumo/files/dependencies/The major reason to upgrade is that the manual fix we had for theunicode issues with chinese street names is now integrated in the mainXerces-C release.
