there is no tool by the name timeline.py

Do you mean mpl_dump_timeline.py or plot_csv_timeline.py ?

Both tools have not been maintained for 3+ years.

However, calling either script with --help is working for me which suggests that imports are working.

Instead of inserting these scripts into eclipse, try running them from the command in the folder were they reside (they use directory-relative imports).

Hello guys,

in sumo 0.30.0->tools-->visualisation i am trying to run the timeline.py but i got an error with import sumolib and sumolib.visualisation to import helpers.. I am using eclipse but i insert these files in the interpreter of eclipse but the error is still there and watching me trying. Any suggestion? i wanna plot results of car passed in respect to time.
