I'm delighted to welcome Stéphane Drapeau to the STP PMC. Stéphane
is the lead for the SCA Tools subproject [0,1] and works for
Obeo [2], one of the Eclipse Foundation's newest Strategic
Members.

Stéphane, welcome, I'm looking forward to working with you
on planning the course and futures of the STP Project!
