has what is the RC4 build for STP. I'm hoping that this is the
last build and we can promote this for final Helios ship at the

At this stage, only very serious show-stopper bugs can get
a re-build. You may want to check.

What has happened:
 1)  the licenses are now all harmonized as per
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=306627

 2)  all the SVN repos have been tagged with "3.6"

 3)  BPMN is now being picked up from its new git repo

All project leads: time to search around your desk to see if
there are any legal, review, or updated items that need to be
communicated.
